At Breezeway, my goal is to build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, nurtures engagement, and ultimately converts leads into clients. I do this through a strong content and social media program designed to educate, inspire, and generate interest across every stage of the buyer journey. From SEO and community storytelling to demand generation and thought leadership, I manage and create content that not only supports Breezeway’s brand but drives measurable business results.

Content Management

SEO

I conduct ongoing keyword research and use those insights to create and optimize content—ranging from blog posts to key website pages—targeted toward search intent. This helps increase organic website traffic and ensures Breezeway ranks for high-value terms. I also track SEO performance regularly to refine our strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.

Demand Generation

To attract and capture new leads, I create high-value downloadable resources such as industry reports, checklists, guides, and e-books. These assets are designed to address our audience’s biggest pain points while collecting contact information for ongoing nurture and sales outreach.

Community

I develop content that highlights the voices of our clients and industry experts, including client case studies and blog posts that share actionable insights. These pieces foster deeper connections within Breezeway’s network and position our brand as a trusted, community-driven partner in the vacation rental space.

Thought Leadership

I help position Breezeway as a thought leader in the vacation rental technology space by producing forward-thinking content. This includes data-backed reports, blog posts exploring industry trends, and case studies that showcase real-world success stories—all designed to build credibility and authority in the market.

A composition of all of the strategic blog content I've authored as a Marketing Manager at Breezeway to drive website traffic for targeted keywords.

Organic Social

Manage Breezeway's corporate social media accounts to highlight new product launches, trending content, thought leadership, client success stories, events, and company culture.

Influencer Content

Partner with industry influencers to promote Breezeway's services to new audiences and increase brand awareness among Airbnb host communities. A/B test campaign messaging, discounted offers, and channel distribution to develop audience insights and optimize future campaigns.​
